We offer free shipping for in-store pickup and orders over $100. Our shipping prices are very competitive and we will make sure you get the best shipping price.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must done within 14 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase such as a receipt is required for any return or exchange. If product is returned or exchanged without the original box and instruction manual, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Online returns are processed in a timely manner and will need to be inquired by email at cps.jbctech@gmail.com please send the order or receipt number and the reason for the return or exchange. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping for any return or exchange.
